Quick answer: Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep paid access until your current billing period ends. No extra charges after that.
Cancel in 3 steps
- Open your account. Sign in to GPTinf and click Account in the top nav — it goes directly to the settings page (no dropdown).
- Go to Billing. Scroll to the Your Plan card. You'll see your current plan, renewal date, and payment method.
- Cancel. Click the ⋮ menu on the Your Plan card → Cancel Subscription → review the dialog and click Confirm cancellation. A confirmation email arrives within a few minutes.
Note: Your plan stays active until the date next to "Renews on." You keep every paid feature until then.
What happens after you cancel
- No more charges to your card.
- Paid features stay available until the end of your current billing period.
- Any words left in your monthly word budget stay usable through that period.
- Your account, settings, and saved work stay intact. Sign back in any time.
- After the period ends, your account drops to the free tier — 120 words per process on the Humanizer, unlimited use of the AI Detector.
I want a refund too

FAQ
Will I lose my saved work? No. Your humanizations, plagiarism reports, and account data stay until you delete the account itself. To wipe everything, see Deleting your GPTinf account.
Can I come back later? Yes. Log in and pick any plan from Billing. You don't need to make a new account.
Does the charge stop right away? Yes. The next billing cycle is cancelled. You only keep paid access until the date you already paid through.
I cancelled but I'm still being charged. Reply to your most recent invoice email or contact support with your cancellation date and account email. Most cases resolve within one business day.
