What to include
A good first message saves a back-and-forth. Where it applies, add:
- Your account email — the one you signed up with.
- What you were trying to do — humanize text, run a plagiarism check, change your plan, and so on.
- What happened instead — the exact message on screen, if any.
- A screenshot — the whole window, including any error.
- For billing questions — the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of the card (never the full number).
Response time
Most messages get a reply within one business day. Billing and account-access issues are usually resolved within one business day of us having the details above.
Data requests under GDPR (export or deletion) can take up to 30 days, though they are usually handled sooner.
