Quick answer: Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter the email on your account, and follow the link in the reset email.
Reset in 3 steps
- Open the sign-in page. Go to gptinf.com and click Sign in.
- Click "Forgot password?" Right below the password field.
- Check your email. The reset link is good for one hour. Open it, set a new password, and you are back in.
Tip: If the email does not arrive in 1-2 minutes, check the spam folder first.
The email did not arrive
Try these in order:
- Wait 2 minutes, then refresh your inbox. Email delivery can lag.
- Search spam and promotional folders for "GPTinf" or "password reset."
- Confirm you are using the right email. GPTinf only emails the address on the account. If you signed up with Google or another SSO, you may not have a password to reset — see below.
- Try a different inbox in case you have multiple email accounts and mixed them up.

You do not have a password to reset. Sign in with the same provider you used at signup. To check which provider you used, open the sign-in page and try each option with the email you remember.
Still locked out
If none of the above works, email support from the email address on the account. Include any details that help confirm ownership (approximate signup date, recent charges).
FAQ
How long does the reset link last? One hour. Request a new one if it expires.
Can I use my old password as the new one? You can choose any password that meets the minimum requirements, but reusing a leaked password is risky. See Account security best practices.
Will resetting my password log me out everywhere? Yes. Any other active session signs out after the reset.
