I can't log in — common fixes
Quick answer: Most login problems are one of three things: a wrong or mistyped password, signing up with Google but trying email/password, or an email that was never confirmed. Work through the checklist below.
Quick checklist
- Check the email address. Make sure you are using the exact email you signed up with — not a similar one from another inbox.
- Retype the password. Watch for caps lock and trailing spaces. If unsure, reset it — see I forgot my password.
- Try a different browser or an incognito window. A stale session or an extension can block sign-in.
- Clear cache and cookies for gptinf.com, then try again.
You signed up with Google (or another sign-in option)
This is the most common cause. If you created your account with Log in with Google, you do not have an email/password to type — you have to use the same Google button every time.
- Trying email/password on a Google account will fail even with the right email.
- Fix: on the sign-in page, click Log in with Google and choose the same Google account you signed up with.
If you are not sure which method you used, try the Google button first with the email you remember.
Your email is not confirmed yet
New accounts need email confirmation before first sign-in. If you never clicked the confirmation link:
- Look for the confirmation email (it comes from hey@gptinf.com) — check spam and promotions.
- If it never arrived, see Confirmation email not arriving.
Still stuck
If none of the above works, email support from the address on your account. Include:
- The email on your account.
- Which sign-in method you used (email/password or Google).
- What happens when you try — the exact message on screen.
FAQ
I reset my password but still can't log in. You may have a Google account rather than an email/password one. Resetting a password does nothing for a Google sign-in — use the Google button instead.
Can I add a password to a Google account? Use the sign-in method you registered with. If you need both, contact support and we can advise.
Resetting my password logged me out everywhere — is that normal? Yes. A password reset ends other active sessions for security.
