Confirmation email not arriving
Quick answer: Wait two minutes and refresh, check spam and promotions for a message from hey@gptinf.com, confirm you used the right email, and add hey@gptinf.com to your safe-senders list before requesting a new one.
Try these in order
- Wait two minutes, then refresh your inbox. Email delivery can lag a little.
- Search spam and promotions for "GPTinf" or "confirm." Confirmation mail comes from hey@gptinf.com.
- Confirm the address. Make sure you signed up with the inbox you are checking — not a similar address on another provider.
- Add hey@gptinf.com to your safe senders / contacts. Some providers silently filter first-time senders.
- Check with a work or school address. Strict corporate filters sometimes block outside mail — a personal inbox often works better.
Request a new confirmation email
If it still has not arrived, trigger a fresh one:
- Go to the sign-in page and start the sign-up or sign-in flow again with the same email. The system sends a new confirmation message.
- Then re-check your inbox and spam folder.
Tip: If you signed up with Log in with Google, there is no confirmation email to wait for — Google handles verification. Just sign in with the Google button.
Still missing
If a new confirmation email does not arrive after a few minutes and a safe-sender entry, email support from the address you tried to register. Include the exact email so we can check delivery on our side.
